2013 Student Photobook Competition

The 2013 Student Photobook Competition is open to all current students or students who have graduated since 2010 from any Australian or New Zealand photography/art degree, diploma or certificate course.

There are no constraints or limitations regarding dimensions, materials or subject matter

Self-published, handmade, print-on-demand, published and dummy books accepted.

Books must be monographs ie: by a single photographer

Individuals may submit more than one entry – each entry must be accompanied by a separate submission form

Free Entry – closing date 13th December 2013
(all entries must be postmarked on or before this date)

The jury is looking for contemporary illustrated photobooks, and will be considering the concept, photography, design, materials and print quality of the entries.

Solo exhibition at Colour Factory Gallery, Melbourne in early 2014

(THIS PRIZE INCLUDES THE HIRE OF THE SPACE FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXHIBITION, & ALL PROMOTIONAL, MARKETING AND OPENING NIGHT EXPENSES – PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS FOR THE EXHIBITION MUST BE PRINTED AT COLOUR FACTORY WHO WILL OFFER A SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT OF 20% OFF PRINTING COSTS FOR THE WINNING PHOTOGRAPHER)
