The Abbotsford Convent is calling for emerging and/or established artists to join its thriving artistic community, inviting Expressions of Interest for an amazing studio in the Mercator building.

‘The Penthouse’ (109 square metres) has become available and will be ready to occupy mid-late August 2011.  The space is light filled and is an exciting area to work in, to meet clients and/or sell products from. The rate is $2050.00 (incl. GST) per month which includes rent and utilities.  A kitchenette is within the studio and shared bathroom facilities are provided.   An additional meeting room is available free of charge once a week and tenants can hire venues within the precinct at a discount rate. The initial lease term offered is two years.
